Lori is an Ironman (half)!

I had a great time this past weekend cheering on Lori while she attempted and completed her first Ironman 70.3 in New Orleans. Congratulations Lori! Here's my very brief analysis of her race...great swim...pretty good bike (considering the brutal winds)...cramping run! It was truly inspiring to witness Lori and a couple thousand others (including Paul...congrats to you too!) in their quest...however, not inspiring enough to make me want to attempt it myself! I'll stick to adventure racing! Here's some pics from the day:
